个人简介
吕炳斌，男，1980年9月出生，浙江新昌人，必赢电子游戏电子平台教授、民商法专业（知识产权法方向）硕士生、博士生导师，网络与信息法学研究中心主任。在《中国法学》等中文一流期刊和核心期刊发表论文数十篇，在SSCI国际期刊发表论文7篇（其中一区、二区国际一流期刊4篇），出版《专利披露制度研究：以TRIPS协定为视角》《网络时代版权制度的变革与创新》等专著3本，译著1本；主持完成国家社科基金青年项目（结项优秀）、江苏省社科基金项目等课题项目；获得过江苏省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖、安子介国际贸易奖等省部级以上奖励；论著在国内外被引上千次，在美国、英国、澳大利亚均有国际期刊“头版头条”刊发论文的记录，在俄罗斯有国际期刊“头版头条”刊发译文的记录。在教学方面，承担校级国际化课程一门，合上省级精品课程一门，多次指导员工获得贸仲杯国际商事仲裁辩论赛全国一等奖、最佳辩手等奖项，多次获得校级以上优秀指导教师奖。
2011年起在必赢电子游戏电子平台任教，2012年12月起任副教授， 2017年12月起任教授，2018-2020年曾任民商法教研室(研究中心)主任，2021年创设网络与信息法学研究中心并担任主任，现兼任《南大法学》责任编辑、复旦大学知识产权研究中心特邀研究员、国家社科基金项目同行评审鉴定专家、教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心学位论文评审专家、南京市中级人民法院特邀咨询专家等。

Bingbin Lyu(Lu) is a Professor at the Law School of Nanjing University, China, the Founding Director of Center for Cyber Law and Information Law, a former Director of Center for Civil and Commercial Law, and an Editor of Nanjing University Law Journal. He obtained his LL.B. degree from Fudan University in Shanghai, China, Master of Laws degree from the Transnational Law and Business University in Seoul, South Korea, and Ph.D of law degree again from Fudan University, China. He joined Nanjing University Law School in 2011 after getting his Ph.D degree. He has published about 10 articles in English Journals including Computer Law & Security Review (SSCI), Journal of the Copyright Society of the USA (SSCI), Queen Mary Journal of Intellectual Property(SSCI), Journal of Intellectual Property Rights (SSCI), Marine Policy (SSCI), Energy Policy (SSCI), Journal of Information Science (SSCI), European Intellectual Property Review, Global Jurist Frontiers, Corporate Governance Law Review, etc. He also published widely in leading Chinese law journals, including China Legal Science, Jurist, Science of Law, Law Review (faxue pinglun), Journal of Comparative Law, Nanjing University Law Review, among others. He is the author of three Chinese books: “Patent Disclosure System: A Perspective of the TRIPS Agreement” (2016), “Transformation and Innovation of Copyright System in the Internet Era” (2012) and “Intellectual Property Protection under the Background of Constructing an Innovation-oriented China” (2008).
